Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a full refund, each returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Each item must also be in the original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase, and postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (if applicable).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

* Perishable goods cannot be returned

* We also do not accept hazardous materials such as broken glass

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards (electronic and physical)

* Downloadable products

REFUNDS

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

* Any item that is postmarked more than 30 days after purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 – 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to processing time. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, then please contact us at bliss(at)laniqueandco(dot)com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, then please send us an email at bliss(at)laniqueandco(dot)com prior to returning.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, then we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, then you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions

If you received a defective or damaged item, then the cost of return shipping to Lanique + Co LLC will be credited to your account once approved.
